GEORGE THOMSON



June 29, 1877 - December 20, 1900





George likely served and died as a member of the Army stationed in Cuba in 1900, along with his brother and Robert Frame.

James MONROE PRINDLE



October 13, 1897 - December 26, 1944





James enlisted in the US Army in 1942 and was discharged a year later. However, he was still employed by the government stationed at Pearl Harbor and was killed in the Christmas Day attack.

James Emory "Jim" Anderson



May 19, 1916 - March 8, 1976





Jim served in the 976th Quartermaster Truck Company during World War II. He was the son of Emory and Ruth Adelaide (O'Neill) Anderson.

June 19, 1927 - February 23, 1987





John served in the US Army during World War II. He was the son of Floyd Evert and Violet K (Mould) Bower.

Raymond served as a Sergeant in the 862nd Engineer Aviation Battalion during World War II.

May 29, 1909 - September 3, 1968





Edwin served in the military during World War II. He was the son of John and Matilda (Anderson) Erickson.

Robert Frame



July 2, 1877 - May 31, 1900





Robert served as a private in the Army, 28th Infantry Company C. He died in Cuba. He was the son of Robert and Elizabeth Frame.

Howard served as part of the US Navy during World War II. He was the son of John F. and Daisy (Hall) Greenalch.

Matthew served the US Army during World War II. He was the son of Samuel and Ruth Ann (Renwick) Heatherdale.

John saw active service as a US Army Medic serving as a Private First Class stationed in Washington state during World War II. He was the son of George and Agnes (Anderson) McKinney.

June 13, 1924 - December 8, 1971





William served as a Private in the US Army during World War II. He was the son of Gust H and Mary F Nestor.

HENRY HARRY MORRIS



December 25 1911 - November 8, 1942





Henry was the first soldier to be reported killed in action from Jefferson County during World War II. He was 30 years old. He was part of the 1st Division, 26th Infantry, Co. K serving in the European war zone. His parents were Harry and Anna Jane (Ward) Morris.​

Joseph served in the US Army during World War II. He was the son of James and Hazel Melissa (Jones) Renwick.

Edward Ward

Edward served in World War I as part of the Army in Company F, 359th Infantry Division, AEF . He was wounded in Argonne, France and died four days later in a French hospital, at the age of 23. He was the son of John and Thresa Ward.
